I’d love to email you a brief questionnaire so I can put more information on the website.
Also, I LOVE Belgian beer and am hoping to make it in tomorrow, I’m so excited!! My favorite beer (so far) is Westmalle but I LOVE the Noels!
Pangaea has so many great beer offerings, but I have to say my favorite beer has to be Pliny the Elder double IPA. This beer has an amazing blast of hop flavor up front and a nice backbone of malt to balance this world class ale.
I would love to see Leffe Bruine on tap. It is a fine, fine beer and not as widely available as its sister Blonde ale. Email me if you ever do get it on tap. I have not seen it in the states other than in Manhattan on several occasions.
The best beer I have ever had is Gulden Draak, brewed by the Brouwerij Van Steenberge in Belgium. It is almost impossible to find on tap in this area. While beers like Chimay are without a doubt wonderful, to me they fall short of the truly unearthly magnificence of the beer which in 1998 was crowned the best-tasting beer in the world by the American Tasting Institute. As a side note, for the man who is a beer enthusiast who would like to get his beer hating wife to start enjoying beer, Gulden Draak is the gateway or portal which will turn that beer hating wife into not only a Belgian Beer lover, but also a serious Beer Snob. I could go on for days, but tasting is believing. Is there any chance Pangaea might be able to bring this liquid gold to tap?
